'EVOLUTIONARY' TOCCATA & FUGUE IN D MINOR / LONDON PRIDECameron's 'Evolutionary' version of the famous 'Toccata and Fugue in D Minor' is both an update of a warhorse and a celebration of its ubiquity: added to the original is much new material drawn from arrangements and orchestrations of the work (by Percy Grainger, Ferrucio Busoni, Sir Henry Wood and others). As an encore, Cameron improvised on Noël Coward's 'London Pride', combining it with themes from 'God Save The Queen', 'Rule Britannia', the Westminster chime, and 'Chariots of Fire'.
